Amanda is a natural entrepreneur and has spent fifteen years building businesses. She purchased Girlfriends in the Fall of 2023 and is very ambitious about this business and serving women of the Illinois Valley and nationwide.
Amanda's main gig is Chief Operating Officer (COO) :) in her home with four very busy children! You will most likely find her and her husband, Tony, cheering their children on at a sporting event, trying a new restaurant, or experiencing a new adventure as a family.
Amanda also strongly desires real estate, where she can live out her passion for serving others through her love of entrepreneurship and creativity while helping her clients achieve their goals.
Christa has been an integral part of Girlfriends since the very beginning. The passion and humor she brings to customers is truly unmatched. She is a gift and friend to many of our dear customers!
My favorite Hobby? Live music. Not a specific genre. When you feel the drum hit, feel it in your chest. You gain an extra heartbeat.
Unique thing about me? I'm unique. I beat to my own drum. I don't have an ounce of rhythm, but I do have what I think is a unique sense of humor.
My favorite part of working at Girlfriends? Helping ladies. I got in line twice for boobs instead of brains. I understand the difficulty of finding a bra that fits. I also understand what it takes when you're insecure about yourself asking someone to help. It's my job to create a comfortable and confident appointment.
If I could travel anywhere? Ireland and Italy.(Ireland especially) The history of the people. The craic of it all.
Meghann has a gift of empathy and a love of humans. She has been with Girlfriends for 14 years and spends her days balancing between managing the store and working with customers. We're so lucky to have Meghann on our team!
Favorite Part About Working At Girlfriends? Where do I begin? The first word that came to mind was Rewarding. This job is gratifying. I am passionate about helping people and helping women look and feel their absolute best-whether it is for a special occasion or simply every day; it all starts with a good foundation.
